He was a member of The Presbyterian Church of Falling Spring where he had served as a Deacon. He and Linda worked together as youth group leaders when their sons were teenagers. Dave was on the Advancement Committee for Troop 127. He was a member of Falling Spring Horse Valley Acres, Falling Spring Chapter of Trout Unlimited, and The Institute of Retired Persons. He and Linda especially enjoyed traveling with the Go Club. Their favorite trips were to Arizona, the Canadian Rockies, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand. He loved to relax at his cabin in Horse Valley. Fishing in the lake made any day better. He is survived by his mother, Ida Lake, Village Square, Chambersburg and his wife, Linda Guild Lake.
