April 19, 1928 - Nov. 17, 2020 Nella Victoria Benedetti (nee Zuliani) passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at the age of 92. Nellie was born in San Pedro, California on April 19, 1928 to Luigi and Ida Zuliani. She graduated from San Pedro High School and worked for the Bank of America before marrying Sergio Benedetti in 1948. Nellie was a dedicated wife, and devoted mother to four children. Nellie worked for many years as a part-time teller for the Bank of America and, after retiring, was a long-time volunteer at the Little Sisters of the Poor elderly care facility. She had a ready laugh, a generous spirit, and a heart full of love for everyone she encountered. Nellie is survived by her children: Pamela (sp. Douglas), Gary, Linda (sp. Gustavo) and Karen; grandchildren Heather, Russell, David, Steven, Kaitlin, and Benjamin; and great grandchildren Gia, Finley, Oliver, Vikram, and Amay. Dear Benedettis
So sorry for your loss. You know how close my dad was to all of the Zulianis. I was just going through his old photo album last week and found this picture. You might have it, but if not, you'll get a kick out of it. Andy Richelli, Jean Zamperini, my dad and your mom around `46-47. What a beautiful woman. May you experience God's comfort in the days to come.

The entire Brickner Family offer our deepest, heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the Benedetti Family.
Nellie was a wonderful, sweet, kind, giving and LOVING person.
I played Little League Baseball on Serge's team, the Lions.
Those memories of Serge and Nellie were some of the best years of my life which I will remeber and embrace forever.
I would see the two of them around town many times over the years and they were always happy to see his old players.
We send you our strength and support to go forward passed your grief and loss, and pray that you celebrate her long, beautiful LIFE.
She was one of a kind and I will cherish all of the good times we shared together.
Rest in PEACE in the comfort of God's Loving Grace, Nellie.
