Manuel Apodaca was born on June 03, 1951, and passed away on May 7, 2021, after a long fought battle with cancer.
Surviving him are his wife, Helen; daughters, Stephanie (Johnny) Apodaca & Suzanne Apodaca, of Tucumcari NM; son, Felix (Tiffany) Apodaca of Beaumont CA; his sisters, Gloria Salas, Mary Otero, Barbra (Raymond) Jimenez, and Donna Apodaca; and his brothers, Juan (Susie) Apodaca and Bobby Apodaca; his grandchildren, Jason Beltran, Freddie (Krystal) Beltran, Jessica (Eric) Beltran, Ashley (Abel) Cullum, and Adam Apodaca of Tucumcari NM; Jared (Elizabeth) Apodaca and Mariah Apodaca of Beaumont CA; and all of his great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Olympia Apodaca and Antonio Apodaca; his sisters, Josephine Aragon and Lydia Martinez; and his brothers, Antonio Apodaca and Felix Apodaca.
Manuel loved playing his harmonica and guitar, listening to Johnny Cash, spending days out by the lake fishing, and spending time with his family.
Although we are all saddened with his passing, we were blessed to have him by our side throughout the years.
The family would like to thank all of the family and friends for their prayers and support during this difficult time.
A rosary will be held on May 14th at 9:30 am with mass services on the same day May 14th at 10:00 am.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Apodaca family. My neighbors will always be dear to me, even though I am no longer in Tucumcari! I'm so sorry that Manuel suffered for so long with this terrible disease. May he rest in peace!
