To Coach Leggett's family: It was my pleasure to have Coach Leggett as my Jr.Hi. Coach in football. He was a fine man, a role model for all of us and a definite influence on our lives. I went on to be a teacher and football coach myself in Michigan. My deepest sympathy to the family and friends to a very fine man. Sincerely, Jack E. Crabtree class of 1959.

Denzil Liggett was one of my favorite teachers at Washington High School. He was my eighth science teacher in 1956. Always looked forward to his class. I ended up teaching eighth grade science in the Kettering School System. The last time I spoke to Denzil was at a Masonic Meeting in W.C.H..
