For some odd reason, thoughts of my mother came to mind, and while reflecting, I thought about Dr. Krueger. I Googled to see where he had moved to, in order to send a long-overdue gift of gratitude, for his remarkable efforts in ensuring that my mother was well cared for. Before Dr. Krueger moved from California, he made his final house call to see my mother, who was totally bedridden and had difficulties returning home from the hospital through public transportation. Dr. Krueger, with his own finances, to on the responsibility to make house calls for several months. While he was her primary care physician at SJ General Hospital, he would often bring a team of interns and ask them questions regarding what they thought was her prognosis and what alternative methods could be used to sustain her health. On his last visit, he hugged my mom and had already met and updated her new physician and brought him along as well. My mother passed away the next year, 2008. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Krueger and his family for their love and care towards all people. My prayers are for his family and hope that they continue to harness his spirit of humility and love for the lives of all! God bless.

I just found out that Dr. Krueger passed away! I can’t believe it. So so sad. I did my Family medicine residency in San Joaquin from 2002-2005 when he was the program director.
I have immense respect for him and many fond memories. His genuine and warm smile !
May his soul Rest In Peace.
I would like to attend the memorial when ever it is scheduled. If possible, could you please let me know.
Regards,
