Delbert (Bud) Williamson Obituary
Delbert (Bud) Williamson Delbert (Bud) Williamson, 84, of Redlands, CA passed away at his home on Sunday, January 27, 2019. A life-long resident of Redlands, Bud graduated from Redlands High School in 1952 and attended Riverside Community College for one year. He grew up in a family who worked in the packing houses. He smudged in the orange groves during high school, as well as delivered fruit to the packing houses. He worked for Dill Lumber Company for 10 years and then was a hardware salesman for Budrow and Co. for 20 years. He married Jean M. (Wendt) Williamson in 1957, and they were married for 43 years before she passed away in 2000. Bud is survived by his daughter, Sandee Prescott and husband Darren, his son Joseph Williamson and wife Wendy, four granddaughters; Wendie, Janie, McKenna and Riley, two great-grandchildren; Sean and Ella, several nieces, nephews and many close friends. He was an avid Dodgers and Lakers fan and enjoyed weekly and monthly dinners and breakfasts with his dear friends. He was a 30-year Redlands Elk's Lodge Member. He took pride in his home and yard and that's where he loved being. Graveside Service will be Saturday, February 2nd, at 12:00pm at Hillside Memorial Cemetery, followed immediately by a Celebration of Life at his home at 217 Anita Court, Redlands.
