Born June 29, 1941 in Redlands CA to Richard and Clare Farquhar. Jill was a 3rd generation of the pioneer Farquhar family that settled in the Crafton area 1898. She was a lifelong resident in the area. Jill attended Kingsbury Elementary, Redlands Junior High, and Redlands Senior High graduating in 1959. After high school Jill attended and graduated from Lawton School in Beverly Hills as a dental assistant, and worked for the late Dr Richard Hardy and Dr David Haag. Jill was a member of Kimberly Juniors and Junior Women of the Contemporary. She coached T-ball when it was "Baseball for Boys" and was the 1st female coach in the league. Jill is a charter member of the Redlands Historical Museum and a member of the Elks club.
Jill is a sister to Ricki Lundstrom of Tucson, Az and Jerry Farquhar of Redlands CA. She is mother to three children, Kevin Chaves (Cynthia), Stacy Chaves Valdez, Shana Arbeiter (Brian) and 6 amazing grandchildren: Dominick Chaves, Christina Mason, Clare Valdez, Brodie, Brayden, and Shelby Arbeiter and great grandson Lincoln Thomas Hanna.
Jill became a bartender working for various establishments: Phil's English Pub, Rusty Lantern, Calimesa Country Club, and the Elks Lodge in Yucaipa and Beaumont. She was always proud to be a Farquhar and her heritage, living in the middle of an orange grove, her love of animals, the beach and mountains & the Raiders.

In her memory: take your dog for a walk, spend a day at the beach and in the spring when the orange blossoms are in bloom just enjoy the best fragrance in the world!
