Include the following with the obituary:
• Your name, address, phone number and return fax number or E-mail address
• Name and phone number of funeral home or crematory which is required for death verification
• Relationship to the deceased
• Date(s) you wish the obituary to appear in the paper
• All obituaries must be prepaid *
Submit information by 4 p.m. Monday-Friday for next day’s publication and by 2 p.m. Saturday-Sunday and all major holidays for next day’s publication.
If publishing obituary with a photo:
• E-mail as an attachment in .jpg or .tif formats
• E-mail photo by 3 p.m. Monday-Friday for next day’s publication; submit by 1 p.m. Saturday & Sunday for next day’s publication.
*After the obituary is entered into our system, you will be sent a proof with the charges and are asked to approve and provide a credit card and expiration date.
