Reginald L. Jensen was born 11/9/30 in Salt Lake City, Utah, the fourth of eleven children born to Harold Arthur and Ragnhild Laura Jensen. His parents predeceased him as well as his daughter, Leslie Morrison, and eight of his siblings. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy, daughters Wendy Sabin and Cynthia Campbell, grandchildren Robert and Rachel Sabin, Angela Rodriguez and Anastasia (Stacey) Payne, three great grandchildren, and siblings Jewel Berg and Junius Jensen. He served in the Army from 1948 to 1952. He devoted his career to insurance and financial planning. He earned the following designations, RIA, CSA, CLU, CFP, and ChFC. He founded life insurance company ICOA and became President and a Director at the age of 29. While he was President of ICOA they entered a float in the Portland Rose Parade that won the Sweepstakes Commercial Award earning an entry in the Pasadena Rose Parade. He was a Founding Member of Presidents' Professional Assoc. Inc., a Member of American Management Assoc., was listed in Who's Who in the West, a member of The Portland Oregon Royal Rosarrians and served one year as Salem Cherrians King Bing. When he was 36 his doctor told him he had 3 years to live and he wrote a book of the same name. He began to exercise and jog which he faithfully continued the rest of his life. In 2006 at 76 years of age he graduated from San Jose State University with a BS in Economics. His second book was titled Judicial Deception. A private family service is planned.
