David Anthony Chavez was born on March 8, 1969 in Bellflower, CA.
David passed away Saturday, April 10, 2021 in Springfield, OR at the age of 52.
David is survived by his parents, Tony & Karoline Chavez of Eugene, Oregon and his sister, Darrien Chavez Burwell of Huntington Beach, California, brother-in-law Sean Burwell and nephew, Blaise Burwell also of Huntington Beach, CA. David is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many friends.
A private funeral service will be held Friday, April 16, 2021 at 1 o'clock pm in Eugene. Arrangements entrusted to Lane Memorial Funeral Home. Please access the obituary and you are invited to sign the guestbook at musgroves.com
