RUZYCKI (nee Warawa), Angela September 27, 1913 - June 29, 2010 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-grandmother, Angela, of Mundare, who passed away quietly, in Edmonton. She is survived by one son, Len (Virginia), two daughters, Sylvia (Ernie Wicentowich) and Donna (Laurie) Tkachuk and one daughter-in-law, Betty. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, Greg, Alan, Doug, John, Judy, Brian, Ken, Joyce, Rob, Randy, Michael and John, and 15 great-grandchildren; one brother, Eugene; four sisters, Elizabeth, Gerri, Marge and Pat. Angela was predeceased by her husband, William on July 11, 1980; son, Ronald in 1974; grandson, Richard in 1965, her parents, Steven and Annie; sisters, Nadia, Mary and Nancy; brothers, Jerry, Ted, Paul and Alvin. She will always be remembered for her positive attitude, love of family and friends, a genuine zest for life and she lived it to the fullest. She always made sure that her family had a supply of their favorite Ukrainian foods, and she also helped and supported her church and her community when called upon ... it gave her a sense of purpose. A Public Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 7, 2010 from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Autumn Rose Funeral Home (5036-51 Avenue) in Vegreville, Alberta. A Divine Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church in Mundare, Alberta with Basilian Fathers officiating.
