He was a Vietnam Army Veteran and a singer with the Platters.
A private interment will take place in the Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia with full American Legion Post 79 Military Honors.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Victoria Volunteer Fire Department at P.O. Box 1419, Victoria, VA 23974.

May the Lord Our God and Creator be with Wilson and Family as he has gone home to be with our Savior. I am sorry I could be there at Wilson's going home service, my prayers are with you all. God Bless You!
