Mrs. Peters was a beautiful person inside and out. I, Nina Fenner, was 1 of the inmates at her facility and she definitely gave me a second chance at bettering myself and skills and tools to cope with alot of isssues i had to deal with. She was a blessing to many and she will be greatly missed by many. My condolences to her husband, children and her extended family. May God bless them and her Doc Family.

When I learned of Rita's passing, my whole inside felt empty and hollow. But then I remembered all the wonderful years we worked together. We supported each other and we laughed a lot.
