JOHNNY RAY HOWARD JR.
WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. — Johnny Ray Howard Jr., 39, passed away on Feb. 10, 2021, in West Virginia.
He was born on July 4, 1981, to Johnny Ray Howard and Sharon Taylor Howard.
Johnny was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Ray Howard. He is survived by his mother, Sharon Taylor Howard of Raleigh; four children, Richard Gray Howard, Jazlyn Anna Howard, Aryanna LeAnn Howard and Johnny Owen Howard, all of West Virginia; three brothers, Joshua Howard, of White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, Ryan Howard, of Lumberton, and Bryan Howard, of Raleigh; and nephews in both North Carolina and West Virginia.
The family will hold a memorial service at East Lumberton Freewill Baptist Church's Fellowship Hall in Lumberton on Saturday at 2 p.m.

"Johnny and I were not only cousins but best friends for most of our lives. Working together, living together, and just being there for one another. Our lives had went in separate directions over the last few years but we would still see each other from time to time and catch up on what was going on in our lives. I will truly miss him. RIP my friend.
