Alice Boulos

1931 - 2018

Alice Boulos, 87, of Citrus Heights, California, passed away peacefully in her home on September 23, 2018. Alice was born in Cairo, Egypt to Youakin Mansour and Aida Georgy on August 27, 1931. Alice was a highly-regarded English teacher to first and second grade students. She imigrated to America, arriving on July 4, 1977 with her husband, 3 children and her father. Upon settling down in Fremont, Califirnia, she became an adored preschool teacher and served as a Director for two childcare centers for more than 20 years. In 2001, Alice retired in Citrus Heights, California. She enjoyed gardening and cooking and arts & crafts. Alice was passionate about her Christian faith and devoted to her family. Alice is survived by her sons Moody and Ferris and her daughter Marilyn, as well as her grandchildren Paul, Natalie, Andrew and Mathew. She is also survived by her sister Sousou and her brother Alfie, and daughter in law Melanie and son in law Victor and two cats, Samson and Dolly. Her celebration of life service will be held at East Lawn Mortuary at 5757 Greenback Lane, Sacramento California on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 2 PM with Pastor Randy Luke of Living Way Community Church, officiating.
