Eileen was born in Oakland, CA. to Thomas and Rose Galliano on April 18, 1927 and passed away on February 4, 2018 in Rancho Cordova, CA at age 90. Eileen is survived by her husband of 70 years, Donald Naylor; son, Christopher Naylor; daughter, Judy Naylor Gustafson; son-in-law, Daniel Gustafson; grandchildren, Lindsey Sin (Matt), Lee Gustafson, Jonchristopher Gustafson (Brianna); great-grandsons, Maxwell and Charles; sister, Barbara Galliano Rock; niece, Pamela Mills; nephew, Scott Connell; great-nieces, Trisha and Jill; great-nephew, Jesse; and MANY friends. Eileen attended Oakland High School and UC Berkley. She met "Don" while working at the Oakland Tribune. They were married September 21, 1947. Don & Eileen moved to Rancho Cordova in 1961. Eileen worked for the Folsom Cordova Unified School district for 22 years. Eileen was a beautiful person inside and out. She was a great listener and made everyone feel very special. She loved to cook, sew, read, dance and garden. She loved color and wore it well. Eileen loved life! Eileen's greatest joys were her children and grandchildren. She was exceptionally happy that she lived long enough to see her great-grandsons, Max & Charlie. Eileen is free from a body that failed her in life. She is with God now and in our hearts forever. Thank you to Maria and Sutter Care Hospice. A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Rancho Cordova City Hall in the American River Room North, 2729 Prospect Park Dr. Rancho Cordova from 12:00 pm 4:00 pm.
