Elizabeth "Peggy" Motter, aged 86, passed away peacefully on Mother's Day morning, May 13, 2018. She lived most of her adult life in Sacramento, CA. This is where she raised her family along with her previously deceased husband, Guy K. Motter. It gives us great peace knowing that they have been reunited after 20 years. Peggy spent the past ten years living in Concord, CA with her daughter, three grandchildren and her son-in-law/caretaker Mike McGuire. She was a singer, an artist, a charming, funny, kind and generous person, who was loved by all who knew her. Peggy, Gramma, Nana, MOM, was a warm light in a cold room. She will be missed. Peggy is survived by her brother, Clyde Green; three children: Deborah McGuire, Donna Richter and Guy E. Motter; eight grandchildren: Colin Stambusky, Justin Richter, Kristin Schumacher, Eric Newport, Jourden Motter, Alex Odgers, Perrey Motter and Leila Odgers McGuire; and seven great- grandchildren: Maxx, Keaton, Grace, Noah, Halen, Jase and Lucy Joy. Interment will be held at Sylvan Cemetery, 7401 Auburn Bl., Citrus Heights at 12:30pm on Friday, May 25; followed by a Celebration of Life at Crosswoods Community Center, 6742 Auburn Bl., Citrus Heights at 3:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Peggy's name to The .
