It is with much sadness that we mourn the passing of our husband, son, brother, father, and friend, Gavin Christopher Turner, 40 years old, of Walnut Creek California. Gavin is survived by his wife Nicole Turner of Walnut Creek California, his daughter Keelyn Reilly of Edina Minnesota, his mother Beth Turner of Sacramento California, his father Jerry Turner of Post Falls Idaho, his stepmother Lynn Turner also of Post Falls Idaho, his sister Eva Turner of Sacramento, his brother Jay Turner of Sierra Springs California, his brother-in-law Ryan Robles of Sacramento (always more like a brother), his stepsister and stepbrother Bethany and Andrew Payne of Sacramento, his nieces Erica Robles and Kayla Costa, both of Sacramento, and countless friends in many communities. Gavin was preceded in passing by his twin brother and one his best and closest friends, Garrett, in 2004. Beyond the grief and sadness we feel at Gavin's passing, we know that Gavin is at peace now and has joined his brother Garrett whom he missed more than we could have imagined. Garrett and Gavin had matching chest tattoos that said "Double Trouble"; to say they were a matched team in humor and hijinks would be a gross understatement! May we all, when our times come, have the joy of joining them in their love, laughter, and shenanigans.
