With a broken heart I announce the passing of Steven Earl Potter on May 3, 2018 after a courageous hard fought battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born in Roseville, California on March 5, 1957 to Daniel and Betty Potter. He is preceded in death by his father, Daniel Potter and survived by his loving and devoted wife of 31 years, Donna Potter, his mother Betty Potter, sister Laurie Lawson, and a host of other relatives and friends. Steve was an avid sports fan who enjoyed all things sports but he was a diehard Giants baseball fan. He was a loving, caring, big hearted man with a stellar charac -ter. He will never be forgotten. Steve's desire was to be laid to rest in his blue jeans and a blue tee shirt. Feel free to dress casual and join us for his services to honor this incredible man. There is a visitation on Friday May 18 from 4 to 7 pm with Celebration of Life on Saturday May 19 at 2 pm at Mount Vernon Memorial Park in Fair Oaks.
