Our beloved Virginia Franks, a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, passed away on May 8, 2018. Her most important accomplishment was being one of Jehovah's fellow workers. A kind and loving woman, she would give to and help anyone. She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter Terri Horton, sons Eric Bell and Kevin Phillips, grandchildren, Mathew (Chavon), Lavar (Michelle), Jason (Vida), Malana, Jamonda, Ittai, Eric Jr., Elijah, Kevin Jr., Alex and Aleena, her 7 great-grandchildren, two sisters, Bobbie Smith and Laverne James and one brother Charles Griffin. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was a grandmother to many others and will truly be missed. All are welcome to attend her memorial service on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 2:00 pm, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 7700 Elsie Avenue in Sacramento (95828).
