These past few days I am recalling the many memories of my "neighborhood Mom" and the lively times at the Trueblood household. These were good times, and weren't we lucky to know Jean through the years. Had also seen a photo of her in our Jonas Salk yearbook, either '64 or '65 where she was doing volunteer work there. Mom's did that also back in the day, along with being part of the secret neighborhood network that kept us all in line, no easy task in hindsight. A full life, aided by Steve up until the very end, that is loyalty, and cannot be purchased.
