Draper, UT-Michael Verl Jensen passed away on November 13, 2018 in Draper, Utah. He was born July 20, 1970 in the Cedar City hospital, his parents are Verl Quinn Jensen and the late Donna Mae Seely. He grew up in Mt. Pleasant, Utah, and graduated from North Sanpete High, while also being involved in football, musical theater and the A capella choir.He received an Associate's Degree from Snow College, while being active in speech and debate, and participating in musicals. He is survived by his father Verl, his sister Melissa (Ryan) McArthur and his children Jacob, Abraham, Aliyah and Samuel. He was preceded in death by his mother Donna and his daughter Mariah. He married Elizabeth Davies on April 23, 1994. The most important thing in his life was his family, especially his children. Michael worked for Larry H. Miller for 20 years, eventually reaching the position of Regional Finance Director. Making people feel loved was of great importance to him and his presence was always a warm, comforting one. He was incredibly generous, and enjoyed giving his loved ones gifts, either through material things or the incredible stories that he loved to tell. He was an entertainer at heart and could enrapture a room for hours on end, even winning the national speech competition. He was most at home in the outdoors and loved to fish and camp. He will be sorely missed and leave a great hole in all of our hearts. The funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, November 20th at the Mt Pleasant Stake Center (295 South State) Mount Pleasant, Utah with a visitation from 9:30 - 10:30 prior to services at the church.
