George was the best. I remember when he would come into the store(Hancock Fabrics) with his beautiful bride at this side. He always had a new joke to tell, and would make us all laugh the entire day. George was always polite and treated his wife like a princess and smiled. He would do anything for anybody to help them. May the Lord bless and comfort you and your family at this time . Carol Todd

I met George at Hancock Fabrics where he and his wife would shop. He always had a huge smile and kind words. He also helped me move when I bought my first home. He would wait for me to finish with other customers before he left to give me a big hug and tell me a joke. George will be missed by all he knew.

My favorite memories of Mr. Cook are his flat-top haircut, his contagious smile and watching him play with his grandsons. I never saw him without that smile - it will always be a great memory.
