Kim and my sister Emmie, and Vickie were beat friends in high school, and long afterwards "Howa" as he was called often was always cheerful and a full of energy. When ever I met him over the years he was full of life and so happy to have such a great family. I am sure he will be missed by all. Love to Vickie and his kids, Phyllis Tatum
