Napoleon J. Tullos, Jr. (N.J.) Napoleon Johnson Tullos, Jr. (N.J.), loving husband, father and grandfather passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Thursday, November 12, 2009. He was born May 30, 1943 to Grace Inez and Napoleon Johnson Tullos, Sr. in Gilmer, Texas. He fought a courageous 16 year battle with multiple myeloma cancer, and more recently esophageal cancer, pulmonary fibrosis and pneumonia. He was retired from the Jordan School District where he worked as a teacher, vice principal and principal. He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is survived by his wife, Diane Sandlin Tullos; two sons, Nathaniel John Tullos (Natosha), William Lindsey Tullos; grandson, Noah Johnson Tullos, Jase and Taran Marshall; granddaughter, Ariana Marshall. Preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 16, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 915 East 9045 South, Sandy. A viewing will be held Sunday evening, November 15, 2009 at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley, 1007 W. So. Jordan Pkwy. (10600 So.) So. Jordan from 5:00 -7:00 p.m. and Monday from 9:00 -10:30 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment will be held at Kelsey Cemetery, Gilmer Texas on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.Online condolences at www.jenkins-soffe.com
