On March 11, 2016 Shirley Irene Madrid Coates passed after a valiant battle with a long standing illness. Born April 21, 1947 in Dragerton Utah to Daniel and Lucy Madrid.
Survived by her husband James Coates (Sam) Brother David (Janet) sister Anita Gallegos (John) Carol Lopez (Tony) son Richard Marquez (Michelle) daughter Danielle Marquez-Valle six grandchildren four great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by both parents, brother Richard and Tom sister Rosalie.
Memorial services are Saturday March 26th 2016 11 a.m. at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church 1441 Tamarack Taylorsville Utah. We celebrate knowing she's at peace with her Jesus and no longer suffering.
