Kurt and I met when he purchased his City Brew kiosk. He came to Billings, Montana and carefully researched our business. We became friends and I admire his business mind, kindness and character. I will miss him.

It has been many years since I saw Kurt, but my memories of him are clear as yesterday. We had fun times at Olympus High. What a crowd we ran with. Rest in peace, Kurt. You have left us far too soon.

We had fun in Cottonwood High School. Grandfather said this to me" Life can give you strength, it can come from facing the storms of life. Knowing loss, falling into sadness, heartache & falling in the depths of grief. You must stand up in the storm, you must face the wind and the cold and the darkness when the storm blows hard, you must stand firm for it is not trying to knock you down, it is really trying to teach you to be strong." Grandfather said this "Keep going". Our lives become more meaningful when we remember those who went before us." BEAR HEART.

Gordon, I am sad to learn of Kurts passing. He was a fine ball player back in the day of Oakwood little league. I think you were my coach when I was on the Hornets. Love you guys. Marty Crapo
