1953 ~ 2015
Salt Lake City, UT-If you are reading this now, my physical body has decided it has had enough and my spirit has been set free. I was born on June 20, 1953 in Chatearoux, France, where my father was serving in the Air Force. I was fortunate to have two wonderful parents, Harlan Gardner and Marilyn Allen Pulsipher. I am number 4 in a family of 12 siblings.
My life has been filled with many adventures and I have known and loved many wonderful people along the way. I am the proud mother of Dylan Patrick Montefusco and Jason Don Henwood. I love and cherish my children and grandchildren, Aeriel and Trevor, more than words can express.
I graduated from the University of Utah in 1984, with a degree in communications. I continued my quest for knowledge by attending Pepperdine University, where I received a Juris Doctor degree in 1987. After graduating from Pepperdine, I relocated to Florida, where I practiced law for over 20 years. I was a proud member of the Florida, California, and Utah Bar Association.
My passions in life included skiing, reading, spending time with family and friends, and spending time in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains in Utah. After living in Florida for many years, I relocated to St. George, Utah and was fortunate to spend my last years on this earth surrounded by the beautiful Red Cliffs and desert of Southern Utah.
I am survived by my sons, grandchildren, father, and soulmate, Frank Montefusco. My surviving siblings include Nancy Pulsipher, John (Christy) Pulsipher, Dianne Pulsipher, Janet (Randy) Lint, Darlene (Randy) Jensen, Mark (Wendy) Pulsipher, Alice (Cory) Ball, Michael (Jenny) Pulsipher, Richard Pulsipher, and Craig (Sheila) Pulsipher. I was preceded in death by my mother, Marilyn, and brother, Howard Pulsipher.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Marie. We had many good times working at Utah Power and Light years and years ago. Sounds like she was very accomplished and had a great life. I'm so sorry she suffered and hope all the family members can find peace. Once again please know thoughts and prayers are with you.

I remember Marie as a feisty, vivacious woman. I was best buds with her sister Dianne, so had many encounters with her. I think she had many good years ahead of her and was sorry to hear of her passing. I will remember her fondly.

I am very saddened to hear of Marie's departure from this life. Such a beautiful woman inside and out. Heaven has indeed welcomed an angel. My sympathies are with the families that will dearly miss her.
