July 17, 1934 - May 13, 2018
Elmer Leroy Fuller, 83 of San Antonio Texas passed peacefully in his sleep surrounded by his family to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 13, 2018. He was born to Howard and Gertrude Fuller on July 17, 1934 in Clarksville Texas. He graduated from Mt Pleasant High School and served his country 42 years with 23 years in the United States Air Force and another 19 years as a Civil Servant. Elmer was best known for his love for family, contagious smile, loyal friendships, his untouchable work ethics, and one amazing whistle for his beautiful bride. Elmer was proceeded in death by his parents Howard and Gertrude Fuller, his son Alan Jay Fuller, and his sister Betty Moore. He is survived by his wonderful wife of 61 years Theresa Fuller, son David (Kim) Fuller, daughter Debbie (Tom) Holden, daughter Patty (Billy) Medcalf. Eight grandchildren Michelle Quijano, Dana Rogers, Amber Slafka, Ryan Moore, Michael Fuller, Travis Holden, Kyle Moore, and Austin McGee. Nine great grandchildren: Ayla Silquero, Rylee Rogers, McKinlee Moore, Dominic Quijano, Talon Matheny, Harper Slafka, Piper Moore, Valory Matheny, and Emma Fuller.
The family will receive friends at Mission Park North on Tuesday, May 15th from 5PM-8PM. Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, May 16th at 9AM At Mission Park Funeral Chapels North. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Mission Retama Cemetery.
