Richard Martinez Obituary
Richard Anthony Martinez, Sr., born June 7, 1957 went to be God on June 8, 2009. He was preceded in death by his parents, Josephine and David Martinez, his brother, Robert Martinez and stepson, Carl Crittell. He is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Leslie Martinez; son, Richard Martinez, Jr. (Anna), daughter, Kelly Martinez (Jose); as well as stepsons, William Crittell, Jr. (Cynde), and Christopher Crittell; stepdaughter, Catherine Kuhlmann (Stacey); eleven grandchildren and one great granddaughter; also a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at Puente and Sons Funeral Chapel, Thursday, June 11, 2009 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with Holy Rosary at 6:30 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 12, 2009 at Puente and Sons Funeral Chapel. My condolences Leslie and your family. I know words at this time don't really help the pain, but I know it will get better. I did not know you & Richard long, but it was a pleasure to meet you both. I wish it would have been under different circumstances. Richard had many health problems, and I know he is at peace and not suffering anymore.
