Dear Tia Francis and Cousins,

I'm so sorry to hear of Tio Noe's passing.

I wish I could of been there for the services but I was out of the country.

I will always have many fond memories of how kind and generous your Husband/Father was to everyone in the Sandoval extended Family.
I take comfort in the fact that he will be reunited with my Dad and everyone else from our Families that has departed our Earth.

God Bless You All!

Very Sincerely,

Rene A. Sandoval

Mrs.Sandoval and family. I am very sorry to learn of Noes passing. We worked together at SARPMA several years ago. I always found Him to be a very honest man full of life. I know He will be dearly missed by all that knew Him. It was a priviledge to know and work with Noe.
May God give you the strength to continue your lives as Noe would have wanted. God bless everyone.

Dearest Cousins,
Your mother and dad are a part of my cherished childhood memories of Garcia Reunions and other family events. Please accept my condolences on his passing and know that he was an honorable man who served his God, country and family to the best of his ability. He was a wonderful and caring cousin.

Dear Sandoval Family:

Please accept my deepest sympathies on the loss of your beloved. There are never any right words to express how deeply sad I am for the pain your family is enduring at this difficult time.

Although I did not have the honor and pleasure of knowing him, as Chair of the Senate Committee on Veteran Affairs and Military Installations, I am sincerely thankful for his valiant service in defense of our rights and freedom.

His commitment to family, friends, our community, and to serving our great nation leaves a wonderful legacy. May the love and the wonderful memories you shared with him help you when you need it most. He will never be forgotten, and your family will be remembered in my prayers.
