Richard Munoz Obituary
Richard V. Munoz, Sr., beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, entered rest on September 19, 2011 at the age of 83. He was a native of San Antonio, born to Maximo and Seferina Munoz on November 15, 1927. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Maria B. Munoz; brother, Ruben Munoz; sister, Victoria Prieto. He is survived by children: Richard V. Munoz, Jr. and wife Kathy, Hope Monceaux and husband Mike, David Munoz and wife Vince, Benito Munoz, Josie Acosta and husband Ruben, Jackie Trevino; 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Richard will be missed by all who knew him. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, September 22, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 10:30 a.m., Friday, September 23, 2011 for an 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service at San Fernando Cemetery II.
