Carlos will always standout in my heart as a friend, soccer administrative mentor, tournament organizer, great dad and travelling buddy. Through Carlos's hard work he was known as "Mr. San Antonio" in soccer community. San Antonio has certainly lost a great ambassador for the city through love of the game. He touched many people's heart while always ready with a helping hand. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Gloria and family. All of the wonderful memories of Carlos will certainly get us all through this sad time.

Condolences to the family, Carlos Will be greatly missed by many. And thank you Carlos for your many accomplishments in education and soccer. Few can claim to have made so much positive difference in so many lives both young and adults. Because of your work and support many have had the opportunity to advance through education and enjoy it more by playing the game of soccer.
