Peggy Messenger Obituary

Peggy Lynn Messenger November 11, 1948 - April 9, 2017 EL CAJON - Funeral services for former area resident and current Eureka Springs, Arkansas resident Peggy Lynn Messenger, will be held privately at the El Cajon Cemetery on June 24th. Peggy Lynn Messenger, age 68 was born in San Diego on November 11, 1948 to Sheldon and Cora Grindstad. Peggy passed away Sunday April 9, 2017 at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by her parents; Sheldon and Cora Grindstad; daughter Tracy Messenger; sister Judy; brother Bob. Peggy is survived by her loving husband, Randal Messenger; her sister Sandra; her children and their spouses, Brian and Jessica, Amy and Brian; her grandchildren, Isaac, Alisha, Kaydin, Braedyn, Felicia, Jessica, Trisstan, and Desmond; along with four great-grandchildren. She spent her retirement in their dream home located in Arkansas with her husband. She enjoyed potting plants in her garden with her favorite dogs Annie and Coco. If she wasn't in her garden, she was feeding the birds; her favorites were, Cardinal, humming birds, and morning dove. Most of all she loved decorating for her favorite holiday, Christmas.
