Andrew Luis Westbook passed away on August 5, 2018, in Oceano, CA. He was 20 years old. He was born on February 2, 1998, in San Luis Obispo, the first of three boys born to Chad and Lindsey Westbrook. Andrew attended local schools and graduated from Arroyo Grande High School in 2016. He enjoyed hanging out with family and friends, listening to music and skateboarding. He really loved cooking and was very good at it. Andrew was preceded in death by his grandmother, Barbara Eustis Cross Goodwin in 1999; and his grandfather, Luis Frank Westbrook in 1995. He is survived by his parents, Chad and Lindsey Westbrook of Oceano, CA; his two younger brothers, Matthew and Alex Westbrook; his grandfather, Paul Quigley (Kathy) of Sunland, CA; his grand- mother, Rena Ratliff Vargas of San Luis Obispo, CA; uncles: Brian Guerrero (Yesenia) of Culver City, CA, Ray Downs of Michigan, and Daniel Quigley of Yuma, AZ; aunts: Shawna Quigley of Washington, Wendy Reis (Kirk) of San Luis Obispo, CA and Hope Westbrook Johansson (Rick) of Nipomo, CA; cousins: Maxwell Guerrero, Colton and Declan Downs, Emily Reis, Alisa, Anthony and Lonnie Tanore; as well as many, many extended family and friends. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangments are pending at Reis Family Mortuary in San Luis Obispo.
