To lose a friend like Jaye Anno is like losing a family member. Jaye connected to all of us in corrections. She gave us guidance, inspired our spirit, and taught us to strive for excellence in our work. May we cherish her spirit in all aspects of our work.

There are not enough words to describe BJ: leader, learner, integrity, compassion and friend. I will miss her and her contributions to the field through the National Institute of Corrections and of course, NCCHC. With regards, Peggy Ritchie

Jaye was one of my first friends my first summer living in Eldorado. She was a loving and generous human being and was taken too abruptly. I will never forget the kindness shown by both Jaye and her belated husband, Bernard, to my family. I would like to express my sincerest condolences to the entire family. Jaye- may you rest in peace. You were a woman of grace and understanding. Your life made a difference and you will be missed by so many. God be with you.
