Darcy Michelle Oliveira

1976 - 2024

It is with great sadness we share that Darcy Michelle Oliveira, 48 of Santa Maria, California passed away peacefully on January 21st 2024.

Darcy was born on January 4th 1976 to Harold and Beverly Oliveira in Santa Maria, Ca. She attended elementary school in the Guadalupe and Orcutt areas and attended High School at Ernest Righetti High School where you could find her on the sidelines cheering on the Righetti Warriors.

After High School she lived in group supported living homes in Santa Barbara, Morro Bay and most recently Santa Maria.

Throughout her life she was blessed with love and support from her fellow classmates and those in the community who knew her, especially Gerry Starowicz and her cheer family.

We would like to thank the staff of Marsala house and Momentum Work Inc for all the support and love they gave to Darcy.

Darcy was surrounded by many loved ones in her final days and we thank everyone for the continuous love and support they always gave her.

Darcy Oliveira was predeceased by her Grandparents, Peter and Lena Machado, Tony and Dorothy Oliveira, her Aunt Regina Machado, cousins Damon Oliveira and Erik Wysong.

She is survived by her parents Harold and Beverly Oliveira, her sister Erin Oliveira, her brother Ryan Oliveira, sister-in-law Milla Oliveira and her nephew Jackson and niece Lumi.

A Rosary will be held on Wednesday January 24th at 6pm at Dudley Hoffman Mortuary and a Celebration of Life will take place on Thursday January 25th at 4pm at the D.E.S. Hall at 615 W. Chapel St, Santa Maria, Ca. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Ernest Righetti High School Athletics/Cheer.

this makes me so sad, Darcy was a cheerleader while I played at RHS and my fondest memories of playing were seeing her in the endzone with that GIANT smile celebrating a touchdown. Heaven just gained one heck of a cheerleader..........
