Robert "Bob" Lee Morrison, 94, of Grovetown, Georgia, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2025. Born on May 12, 1931, in Everett, Washington, Bob lived a life filled with laughter, compassion, and service to others.

After proudly serving in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War, Bob embarked on a dynamic career that spanned decades in radio and television. His deep, comforting voice and magnetic personality made him a beloved presence in the communities he served. He began as a children's show host and went on to become a news anchor for KCOY in Santa Maria, California. Bob also hosted the late-night TV program *Morrisons Miserable Movies*, the Jerry Lewis Telethon, the Elks Parade, and the Miss Santa Barbara contest.

Beyond his media career, Bob was an integral part of his community. A 50-year member of Kiwanis, where he served with distinction as Lieutenant Governor, he was also actively involved in the Salvation Army. His dedication to philanthropy and local causes touched countless lives and reflected his joyful and generous spirit.

Those who knew Bob remember his positivity, humor, and ability to light up any room. He was a great friend, a natural storyteller, and someone who saw the best in everyone he met. His passions included tennis, softball, travel, theater, and-above all-ice cream, which he enjoyed sharing with family and friends alike.

Bob was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Linda Morrison. He is survived by his brother, Richard Morrison; his children Mark Morrison, Marsha Morrison, David Brown, Deanne Brown, Kristin Arrowood and Shawn Arrowood; and by many who loved him dearly.

At Bob's request, there will be no formal service. His memory will continue to bring smiles and laughter to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
