Dear Johnny and family -
I just learned of the passing of Doreen and I am so deeply saddened. Although I never met Doreen, we had been online friends for 3 years. We started communicating with each other since we both had thyroid cancer. I really felt as though I knew her forever. She was such a wonderful lady and I will NEVER forget her. She sent me many pictures of herself and your family which I will cherish. Throughout this past year, I had sent her a couple of religious cards....had masses said for her. I had never stopped praying for her and thought of her often and told her that in my many emails and cards to her. I truly miss communicating with Doreen and wish to express my deepest sympathy to all of you. May all the happy memories comfort you at this most difficult time.

Johnny,Lynn and Steven,
I just heard of Doreen's passing and was deeply saddened. She never let on to me about how sick she really was. I'm hoping that all of the great memories will keep your Mom in your heart! She was not one to back down from life and lived it to the fullest!
I will always remember the
dancing, clogging, rodeos, sewing, crafts, and trailriding, along with Signal Hill "walks" in the rain and mud.
I'm certain that God has found a special place for her in the palm of his hand!
