Victor was a dear and devoted friend to my mother Eleanor Nobile and her husband Jim Nobile and they could always count on him to be there for them. He was a kind, thoughtful and gentle man who will be missed by my entire family. We extend our deepest sympathy to his family and those who were close to him.

Our deepest thoughts and prayers to family and friends. Victor was a good friend to my Dad & Eleanor Nobile for many years. Every Thursday he would go to their house for lunch & conversation. On some occasions I would join the three of them. Victor will truly be missed.
