Joseph Jaffe

Joseph B. Jaffe CORINTH- Joseph B. Jaffe, 65, of Corinth, died Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at his home following a long illness. Born on August 16, 1946 in Mt. Kisco, he was the son of the late Herbert and Jean (Berault) Jaffe. Joseph was employed for many years for the New York Racing Association as an exercise rider at various New York and Florida racetracks. He also was a professional artist and member of the Collaborative Art Group/TODT for many years. Joseph ‘s life passion was his artwork. Besides his parents, he was also predeceased by one sister, Jacqueline Jaffe. Survivors include his former wife and good friend, Mary Anne Jaffe of Corinth; his daughter, Joanne B. Jaffe-Kugler and her husband, Christopher of Corinth; his grandson, Aiden of Corinth; two brothers, James and Jerome Jaffe; two sisters, Jennifer and Janet Jaffe; and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 959 Rt. 9, Mount Royal Plaza, Queensbury, NY 12804. Arrangements are under the direction of the Densmore Funeral Home, Inc., 7 Sherman Ave., Corinth.
