Ole J. KvinlaugWYNANTSKILL – Ole Johans "Fonzie" Kvinlaug, 73, died Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Samaritan Hospital in Troy. Born in Cooperstown, NY on March 5, 1944, he was the son of the late Ingvald and Mary Skants Kvinlaug. Ole was raised and educated in Colonie. At the age of 16, he became a self-employed carpenter and worked as a carpenter until the age of 62.He enjoyed camping, boating, motorcyles and enjoyed chatting over a cup of coffee or a home cooked meal.He is the beloved husband of Rosemary Iannone Kvinlaug whom he married on December 31, 1997; father of Kevin Kvinlaug of Middle Grove, NY, Twila (Dave) DuBois of Delaware and Raymond (Crystal) Kvinlaug of Watervliet; stepfather of Kimberly, Robby and Francine; brother of Krine (Vinny) Lombardo of Schodack and Martin (Evelyn) Kvinlaug of Guilderland. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and will be missed by his faithful dog, Henry and his cat Jingles.A graveside service will occur in the spring at the Powell Wiswall Cemetery in Ballston Spa.
