FONSECA, Jessie Luera
Jessie Luera Fonseca, life long resident of Duarte, passed away December 2, 2012 at home surrounded by her family. She was 92. She was born February 4, 1920 to Norberto and Tiburcia Luera in Rocktown, Duarte and wed May 25, 1946 to Tony Fonseca in Monrovia. Jessie is survived by her children, Anthony, Rosanne, Lorinda, Tammy Granados, and Tim; 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded into eternal peace by siblings Felix, Teresa, Soledad, Gavino, and Jack; husband Tony; and beloved daughter, Jennifer Zamora. The viewing will be held at Douglass Zook Chapel of Remembrance Sunday, December 9 from 3 - 6 PM with a rosary at 5 PM. Funeral services will be Monday, December 10 at 10 AM at Immaculate Conception Church in Monrovia followed by the burial at Live Oak Memorial Park.
