Richard Franklin Bowman
"Dick"
Loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother, passed away July 21, 2013 at Loma Linda V.A. Community Living Center. Richard was born August 16, 1934 to Leona & William Bowman in San Bernardino, California. Richard served in the Army Honor Guard 1958 to 1960. He was in the car sales industry for 20 years and bartender/manager for local restaurants for 20 years before retiring. Richard is survived by his wife, Patricia Raynor, his sister Beverly Casebolt of Simi Valley, his children Steve (Diane) of Bishop, Sheri Johnson of Hemet, Paula (Terry) Newppert, Cindy (Darold) Fero, Debbie Montijo, Jim Raynor, Carolyn (Brett) Sorbert and Jeff Raynor, and 19 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Richard was preceded in death by his son Gary, sister Patricia Rey and brother William. He was loved and will be greatly missed by many. Richard will be laid to rest privately at Riverside National Cemetery.

My deepest sympathy to Dick's family. I knew Dick very well in high school, we used to go to the beach with our dates every weekend in the summer and what a good time we had. He came into my office in later years and I was so happy to see him again, such a nice person. Keep your wonderful memories of him close.
