Ora Frances (Cooper) Scott
91, passed away on November 24, 2012 in Lake Havasu, AZ. Frances was born in St. Joseph, MO to Frank and Luella Cooper. She graduated for San Bernardino High School and worked for both San Bernardino and Highland School Districts. Frances was the Secretary of The Pypthian Sisters in Highland, CA. She enjoyed traveling with her husband Scott and watching her grandchildren and great grandchildren grow.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Scott "Scott" who passed in 2006 after 65 years of marriage.
She leaves behind her two sons, David Scott and his wife Patty of Needles, CA and Terry Scott and his wife Anne of Highland, CA. Also surviving her are her four grandchildren Corieanne, Amy, Justin and Sarah along with seven great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 29, 2012 from 5-7pm at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave. San Bernardino, CA with a graveside service on Friday November 30th at 12 noon at Mt. View Cemetery, 570 E. Highland Ave. San Bernardino, CA 92404. Condolences may be left on line at www.bobbittchapel.com.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Frances' honor to either Breast Cancer Awareness or The Wounded Warrior Project. Frances' kind and gentle heart will be missed by so many.
