Mary Louise Gonzales passed to a place of eternal peace on May 2, 2018.
Mary was born in San Bernardino, CA, to Antonio and Mary Aleman. A lifelong Presbyterian, Mary began playing piano for her church as a teen and continued to do so throughout her life. After graduating from San Bernardino High School, Mary attended San Bernardino Valley College. She later went on to earn a degree from San Jose City College and received her paralegal certificate. She worked for the County of San Bernardino as a Child Support officer for many years.
Mary Louise spent most of her adult life in the Highland/ Redlands area raising her family.
She was a loving and devoted mother to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mary Louise was preceded in death by her devoted husband Edward just one year ago.
An accomplished piano player, Mary took joy in playing for weddings and giving piano lessons. Her favorite pupil was most certainly her grandson, Dr. Joel Livingston. She also enjoyed gardening and volunteering her time to local charities and music programs.
Mary Louise is survived by her three children Jim (Leanne) Gonzales of Redlands, Toni (Wes) Livingston of Highland, and Paula (Jim) Baugh of Fallbrook, seven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Mary also leaves behind her sister Josephine Archuleta of Maryland and brothers Danny (Nellie) Aleman and David (Maria) Aleman both of San Bernardino along with John (Lorraine) Aleman of Highland.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Mary Louise at La Fourcade Garden, University of Redlands on June 10, 2018 at 11:00.
