Harold Wessel Obituary

Harold E. Wessel
85, passed away on March 16, 2014 at Grand Junction, Colorado where he'd been living for over seven years. Harold was originally from San Bernardino and graduated from San Bernardino High School. He joined the Boy Scouts of America and attained the rank of Eagle Scout. He then worked as a Senior Appliance Serviceman for the Public Utilities for over 30 years. He proudly served his country as a Staff Sergeant in the U S Air Force during the Korean War.
He was married to Ruth Brown for sixteen years and raised three daughters.
He was preceded in death by his five siblings.
He is survived by Barbara his loving wife of 35 years. Also surviving him are his children, Sandy, Susan, Janet, Sherrie, Jim, Ginny and Jeff along with eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He will be missed by everyone and especially Chan.
A visitation will be held today March 27, 2014 from 5-7 p.m. at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave. San Bernardino, CA. A graveside service will follow on March 28, 2014 at Montecito Memorial Park 3250 E. Washington St. Colton, CA. To leave a message on Harold Memorial Page, please visit www.bobbittchapel.com
