Frances F. Mullins, 93, a resident of Rosewood Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Schuylkill Haven, passed away Saturday at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Schuylkill E. Norwegian Street.

Born in Schuylkill Haven, Oct. 23, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Mary Ellen Gallanger Wisner.

She was the widow of Harlan Mullins.

Frances had attended St. Ambrose School and was a member of St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Schuylkill Haven.

She also belonged to the Rainbow Hose Company, Liberty Hose Company, Northward Social Club and Schuylkill Haven Senior Citizens.

Frances had been employed as a machine operator for Bayshore Knitting Mills.

In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her sons, Glen and Richard Mullins; grandson, Michael Mullins; sister, Catherine Salmon; brother, Richard Wisner.

She is also survived by her granddaughter, Christine Ferland and her husband, Jay, Oldsmar, Fla.; grandson, Christopher Kelly, Pottsville; sister, Mary Ann McCord-Woomert, Schuylkill Haven; brother, Vincent Wisner, Deer Lake; nieces and nephews.
