Robert M. Curtier, 80, passed away Sunday.

Born in Pottsville, Jan. 18, 1938, he was a son of Wesley and Delphine Curtier. He was the husband of Priscilla "Pat" Perron Curtier.

Bob graduated from Pottsville High School in 1957. He was an All-State left guard for the Crimson Tide. He also played baseball with the American Legion team. He enjoyed his vacations at the Jersey Shore. Following graduation, he was in management training for F.W. Woolworth. He worked for Rite Aid Corp. for 42 years. Bob was a member of Mount Olivet Lodge No. 704 and the Tall Cedars of Lebanon.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Wesley and Joseph.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, is his daughter, Lynn; sons, David and Scott; three grandchildren, David Jr., Haile and Olivia; three great-grandchildren, Rose, Christian and Angel; nieces and nephews here and in California.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Sixth and Chestnut streets, Lebanon. Visitation with the family will be at 1 p.m. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. Christman's Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
