Peacefully, on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at St Columba's Hospice, Aileen, aged 64 years. Loving mother of Connor, beloved daughter of Elizabeth and elder sister of Douglas, Norman and Sheila. Due to current gathering restrictions, attendance at the service will be by private invitation only. Family flowers only, please. Anyone wishing to make a kind donation, should do so to St Columba's Hospice.

Still in my thoughts, dear friend.

Thinking today of Aileen, on her birthday. Was always so chuffed to have a cousin born in 1957.
Happy memories of playing and staying in Shotts,trips to Glasgow, her bright smile and eyes and giggles and lovely curls, and latterly our shared love for afternoon teas, blethering in Edinburgh and folk music. Sadly missed. Sheena.

Aileen was one of the best. I can't remember ever seeing her without a smile on her face. Always kind and always with a great sense of humour. I will miss her so much but I'm also grateful to have known her and feel honoured to call her my cousin. She'll be the brightest star that you see when you look up.. Our thoughts are with Connor, Aunt Betty, Douglas, Norman and Sheila, sending love to you all. Rae, Ian, Mary and Martin xxxx
